Job description
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating high volumes of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs across the organization. This position supports mass hiring efforts by creating job postings, identifying talent through multiple sourcing channels, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
The Recruiter helps ensure timely filling of open positions, maintains accurate candidate records, and assists with the onboarding process. This role contributes to a positive candidate experience while promoting Prime. Flight as an employer of choice.
