Job description
The Buyer is responsible for planning, sourcing, and purchasing domestic raw materials and internationally sourced finished goods to support production schedules, inventory objectives, and customer demand. This position serves as a key member of the Supply Chain team by developing strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials.
The Buyer will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
