Senior PR & Communications Executive Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 Location: Right at Home National Office in Liverpool Ready to prove yourself? Salary of £37,000 – £42,000, depending on experience 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with service) Salary sacrifice pension & EV scheme Contribution to private healthcare Free secure parking A supportive, collaborative team where your work genuinely matters The Role: You’ll play a key role in leading and delivering internal and external communications across our UK franchise network.
You’ll be the go-to person for communications. Helping shape messaging, supporting Franchise Owners, identifying PR opportunities, and ensuring our brand voice remains strong, consistent, and impactful. You’ll be involved in: Internal and external communications across the network Press releases, articles, newsletters, and statements Media relations and PR opportunities Supporting Franchise Owners with communications activity Protecting and strengthening brand messaging Crisis and reputation management when required Monitoring and reporting on communications performance No two days will look the same, which means you’ll need to be adaptable, confident, and comfortable taking ownership.
About You
We’re looking for someone with strong communications instincts and an even stronger mindset. You may already work in communications, PR, media, content, or marketing and be ready for a bigger challenge. Or perhaps you feel underutilised in your current role and are looking for the chance to prove what you’re capable of.
