Job description
You will be responsible for CTM duties in clinical trials (mainly global trials) in clinical development department.
- Line management duties such as CRA and other in-house positions will be handled separately by Clinical Operations Manager.
- You will be expected to be assigned to either our full service department or FSP department. [Specifically] Overall management of clinical trials
- Serve as a leader for members in Japan in monitoring work (responsible for monitoring supervision)
- Work with the Feasibility & Site Activation team to set up facilities As a global team member, create test-related procedures and manuals (Working with the Project Manager) •Local cost management for testing •Management of work performed by various vendors locally •Document management compliance, quality assurance at each facility As the Primary Liaison and Primary Point of Escalation for clinical monitoring, you will be responsible for promoting projects by working with not only clients, partners (vendors), and the monitoring team, but also with departments outside the monitoring team as needed
