High-volume service department with consistent workflow Work with the latest Kia EV technology and diagnostic equipment Strong leadership team focused on technician success Modern, well-equipped, air-conditioned shop Long-term career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia electric vehicles according to manufacturer specifications Perform advanced diagnostics on EV systems, battery systems, electrical components, charging systems, and drivability concerns Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently Utilize Kia factory diagnostic tools and follow OEM repair procedures Perform multi-point inspections and recommend additional maintenance when appropriate Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all Kia and dealership safety procedures Qualifications Kia EV Certification REQUIRED Previous Kia dealership experience strongly preferred Automotive dealership technician experience required Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills Experience with EV systems, battery systems, and charging technology ASE Certifications are a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ideal Candidates May Have Experience As: Kia EV Certified Technician Electric Vehicle Technician EV Service Technician Kia Master Technician Automotive EV Technician Kia Diagnostic Technician High Voltage Vehicle Technician Why Towbin Auto Group?
