Job Title Associate, Logistics Transportation Department Material Operation Part Time Type Full time Role Summary Key Responsibilities Role Discuss the actual shipment with the purchasers/ forwarders Checking the previous day arrivals Tracking the new shipments Cargo organization Managing the shipments in Cello/ FIS Using internal systems Checking emails Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct leader Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports Cooperate with other departments Responsibilities Keep contact between purchaser and forwarder Deliver ETA on time Inform all the related people in the process Upload shipments into the Cello Requirements Qualification: College/ University degree Experience: 1-2years relevant experiences Other skills: Computer skills (MS Office), flexible, good problem solving ability, good communication skills in English (both written and oral), independent and precise work What We Offer Ready to Join Us?
