Performs stewarding daily shift duties of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company, industry, and governmental guidelines specific to duties. Responsible for machine and/or manual ware washing of all china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, trays, cooking utensils and cutting boards. As well as organization and storage of cleaned items listed above.

Responsible for floor cleaning and maintenance of assigned Food & Beverage outlets. Responsible for garbage maintenance, disposal and recycling procedures. Performs job in accordance with safety and health standards and regulations.
