At Vin. Fast, our Testing & Validation engineers are the guardians of quality and performance, ensuring every vehicle we build meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer delight. From software modules to full-vehicle trials, you’ll play a pivotal role in verifying that our electric vehicles excel in every condition and drive experience.

What You’ll Do Software Testing & Validation Validate embedded software for infotainment, connectivity, body control, and powertrain ECUs. Perform functional, regression, and system-level testing using HIL, SIL, and test automation tools. Electrical & Electronic System Testing Test E&E components and systems for functionality, EMI/EMC, voltage stability, CAN/LIN communication, and integration performance.

ADAS Testing Validate advanced driver assistance systems (radar, camera, LiDAR) under real and simulated conditions. Execute perception, decision, and actuation validation across scenarios from L0–L3. Battery Pack & Cell Testing Conduct performance, safety, thermal, and lifecycle testing on HV battery packs and cells.

Work in advanced battery labs to ensure compliance with global standards. Vehicle Test & Validation Dynamic & Performance Testing – Acceleration, braking, handling, regenerative braking, and energy efficiency. NVH – Quantify and reduce noise, vibration, and harshness for optimal comfort. Durability & Reliability – Simulate long-term vehicle usage through accelerated tests.

Thermal/HVAC – Evaluate thermal comfort, HVAC performance, and battery thermal management under extreme conditions. Materials & Crash Lab Testing Perform material property analysis, fatigue testing, and aging studies. Support passive safety development through crash testing (frontal, side, rollover) and dummy instrumentation.

Vehicle Test Track & Lab Support Conduct full-vehicle testing on Vin. Fast’s proving grounds and test tracks, replicating global road conditions. Operate test rigs and equipment across environmental chambers, shakers, thermal labs, and component benches. How You Can Grow Technical Depth – Build expertise in test methodologies, data analysis, and industry-standard tools (CANoe, ETAS, AVL, NI, etc.)

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Influence product design by feeding real-world feedback to R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams. Requirements

We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced engineers to apply. Based on your background, you will be considered for a suitable role within Testing & Validation Division: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics / Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (for vehicle/system/material testing), Computer / Software Engineering (for embedded and software testing), Materials Science or similar (for crash & material testing roles) Solid academic foundation in vehicle systems, testing methods, or electronics.

Familiarity with test equipment, lab safety, or simulation tools is a plus. Good analytical thinking and attention to detail. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work in both lab and field environments. Able to communicate in English (written and spoken).
