Assistant Director of Safety and Security - Hersheypark

This position oversees the planning and implementation of public safety & physical security programs to ensure a safe environment across the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex (Hersheypark, Hersheypark Stadium, Hersheypark Arena, GIANT Center, and the Hershey Theatre).

Key responsibilities include

safeguarding people, protecting physical assets, and developing public safety procedures based on vulnerability assessments. Additionally, this role contributes in creating annual operating budgets, supports long- and short-term strategic planning, fosters staff development, and cultivates collaborative relationships with the Hershey Entities, law enforcement agencies, industry peers, and regulatory bodies.
