Branch Manager/Team Leader

In this role, you’ll provide leadership and coaching to a team of Travel Counselors onsite at our Peace Corps location.

Through effective communication, data-driven insights, and strong management practices, you’ll ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting Defense and Government accounts.

What You'll Do

Drive change and engagement through clear and effective communications. Monitor counselor activity and trends using data, providing ongoing performance feedback. Coordinate daily operations including scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution. Organize and allocate work to available staff for smooth day-to-day delivery.

Lead as a business partner ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Support Defense and Government accounts, requiring the ability to pass an extended government background check.

What We're Looking For

10+ years in a customer service environment . Contact center experience preferred. Travel industry experience preferred. Sabre GDS expertise required. Experience issuing tickets and working Sabre queues preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expert knowledge of customer satisfaction requirements .
