Job Summary
The Head of Corporate Communications will lead the development and execution of innovative communication strategies, focusing on both internal and external audiences. This role demands a digital-savvy individual with strong marketing expertise, creativity, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the digital and HR teams, providing strategic direction and ensuring the alignment of communication efforts with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that enhance the company’s image and brand identity.
- Oversee digital communication efforts, leveraging digital platforms and tools to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal HR and digital teams to develop and manage internal communication strategies and platforms.
- Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and appropriate messaging in challenging situations.
- Manage media relations, drafting press releases, and coordinating media engagements.
- Represent the company at key events and functions, ensuring the company’s message is effectively communicated.
- Work closely with senior management to align communication strategies with business goals.
- Manage content creation and oversee the quality of communication materials, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s tone and voice.
Requirements
- Strong digital marketing and communication expertise; must be highly digital savvy.
- Proven ability to lead and manage communication teams, with experience in the digital space.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on creative, impactful messaging.
- A self-confident and polished communicator, capable of representing the company confidently.
- Experience in working with HR digital tools and internal communication platforms.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 10- 13 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on digital and internal communications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies.
- Experience in managing media relations and digital campaigns. Additional Skills:
