Job description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation setting in Roseville. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, and orthopedic or neurological conditions in an outpatient environment. You will work closely with patients to improve mobility, strength, function, pain management, and overall quality of life while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, pain management techniques, and functional rehabilitation interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery and continuity of care
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, mobility, safety, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards Requirements
- Active state license as a Physical Therapist in California
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- 0–1 year of experience welcome (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Experience or clinical exposure in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation is a plus
