About the Position As a Senior Solution Architect SAP HCM, you will be a key technical leader, responsible for driving the successful implementation of SAP Success. Factors solutions. Your expertise in Solution Architecture will be critical in defining and governing the overall technical blueprint, integration strategy, and deployment approach for complex projects.

You will lead technical workstreams focused on Integration Architecture (SAP CPI) , ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP Success. A core part of your role will involve defining and executing Data Migration Strategies , ensuring data quality and compliance.

You will provide technical guidance, mentor teams, and collaborate closely with customer IT leadership and business stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering robust, scalable SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that align with best practices and drive customer success.

Must-Have Skills Proven expertise in Solution Architecture for complex enterprise systems. Deep knowledge and practical experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Strong capabilities in Integration Architecture, particularly with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Expertise in defining and executing robust Data Migration Strategies.

Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Success. Factors implementations. Excellent proficiency in German and English.
