Global Banking & Markets – Capital Solutions Group - Residential Structured Finance – Origination Focused – Vice President

The Residential Structured Finance business focuses on originating and executing a variety of residential mortgage transactions, such as securitizations on behalf of clients as well as Goldman Sachs, advisory assignments, warehouse and term financing, and whole loan principalling. The business operates across the broad spectrum of products / asset classes within housing and mortgage finance.

The role will involve the sourcing, structuring, and marketing of securitizations, warehouse and term financings, principal transactions, and advisory assignments.
