Key Responsibilities
- Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
- Manage / monitor accounts until disbursement; thereafter handover the file management to Portfolio Manager at CBBC
- Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending
- Cross selling of the Bank and Group products and services
- Grow SME deposits.
- Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
- Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
- Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
