We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own two core growth infrastructure workstreams: website development and optimisation, and marketing automation. This role sits at the intersection of web, automation, and growth — and will have direct impact on pipeline. You'll work closely with our developer, marketing team, and sales team to build a conversion-optimised, multilingual web presence and automated buyer’s journey that turns leads into pipeline.
This is a hands-on execution role with real strategic ownership. You'll shape the roadmap, manage the backlog, and ship the work. What You'll Own Website Development & Optimisation Build and manage the website development and optimisation roadmap to support the customer digital journey and improve lead conversion Analyse website performance data (GA4, Hotjar, Hub.
Spot) and identify high-impact optimisation opportunities Plan, implement, and manage a multilingual website setup across 12 European markets — URL structure, hreflang, CMS workflows, and localised content models Lead contact form redesign (multi-step, reduced fields, smart logic) and full Hub. Spot field mapping Support launch of gated interactive tools — optimising for lead capture and conversion Deliver foundational architecture: mobile-first modular theme, navigation rebuild, webinar page templates, and Hub.
Spot property architecture Work end-to-end with the developer and wider team to scope, brief, QA, and ship Marketing Automation Build and maintain workflows to support the full customer journey — from lead capture through to pipeline progression Own contact and company lifecycle stage logic, ensuring clean, consistent data across all touchpoints Design and implement the marketing-to-sales lead handling process: routing, notifications, and SLA definitions Rebuild Hub.
Spot reporting dashboards for scale — source attribution, form and page conversion, funnel visibility (MQL → SQL → Opportunity), and country/segment splits Manage data sync between website, CMS, and Hub. Spot — including spam filtering and data quality What We're Looking For 3+ years in a B2B marketing, web, or marketing ops role with clear ownership of website and/or CRM systems Hands-on Hub.
