Emergency Medicine Physician – Up to $220/hr | Flexible Shifts | IL The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for an exciting opportunity at a community-focused hospital in Anna, Illinois. Position Highlights Up to $220/hour (1099) + $20/hour differential W2 option available: $200/hour + full benefits + sign-on bonus Flexible scheduling with 24-hour physician shifts Full-time = 6 shifts per month (excellent work-life balance) Approximately 8,800 annual visits (20–25 patients per shift) Collaborative, hospital-employed physician group EPIC EMR system for streamlined documentation J-1 Visa candidates welcome Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine Prior Emergency Medicine experience and/or EM fellowship training required Compensation & Benefits Average annual earnings of $400,000+ potential Up to $164,000 in additional incentives, including: $50,000 sign-on bonus $75,000 student loan forgiveness $24,000 educational assistance $15,000 relocation assistance Comprehensive Benefits (W2 option): Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance 401(k) and 457(b) retirement plans CME allowance + paid CME time Why Southern Illinois?
