As an In-Home Flooring Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners through qualified, company-provided appointments, assess their needs, recommend customized flooring solutions, and guide customers through the entire sales process.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments. Conduct professional product presentations and consultations. Recommend flooring solutions based on customer needs. Prepare quotes and close sales. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to sale.

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset. Coachable with a desire to learn and grow. Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Manage your schedule and maintain accurate customer records.
