Resident Manager I (Ecology, Duncan, Creekwood, 1103 Lincoln, Rogers Greene - 1447, 1332,1403, 1352, 1315)

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I to work at Ecology House (11-unit), Duncan Greene Ct (11-unit), Creekwood (12-unit), 1103 Lincoln Ave (12-unit), and Rogers Greene Apt (10-unit) in San Rafael and Fairfax, CA. These are HUD, HUD Sec 811 and HUD 811 PRAC properties. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.

Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus. Salary range: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $28.00 - $36.50 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
