The Development Manager provides day-to-day people leadership, oversight, and direction for a diverse team of software developers, including .NET, Symitar Power. On, Angular, and general programming developers. This role ensures teams deliver high-quality, secure software aligned with business needs and collaborates closely with architectural and senior leadership roles.
This role adheres to the Agile development and delivery model adopted here at Citadel. In addition, this position should set and uphold development standards, as well as create opportunities for the team to develop their technical and professional skills.
