MAC Member Service Representative - Ft.Wainwright & 10th Ave. (I, II, or III)

The MSR position is responsible for building personal connections with new and existing members of the credit union. This role acts as an integral subsequent touch point and will be expected to assist members with their inquiries in an accurate, professional, and timely manner. Represents our MAC FCU brand by identifying service and product needs.
