Ministry Director - Our Lady of Mercy Parish

The Ministry Director is a qualified lay person (or deacon) entrusted with pastoral leadership in a parish. Specifically, the Ministry Director provides spiritual and organizational leadership for the parish, ensuring that all parish ministries – particularly evangelization and worship – are operating in concert and at the service of the vision of parish renewal laid out by Renew My Church.

This position provides supervisory support to all lay ministry staff and governance support to the pastor, overseeing and realizing a mature, unified parish and orienting all aspects of parish life and culture toward mission.
