Job description
The Security Floor Manager serves as the frontline leader for the Security Department during an assigned shift, providing direct supervision, coaching, and operational support to Security Officers while reporting to the Security Shift Manager.
This position maintains a visible presence throughout the property, responds to incidents, assists with emergency situations, and promotes a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and Team Members. The Security Floor Manager reinforces departmental standards, supports daily field operations, develops Security Officers through coaching and mentorship, and partners with the Security Shift Manager to ensure consistent service, safety, and operational excellence.
