Shumaker Loop & Kendrick is seeking a highly motivated junior Financial Services Litigation Associate with 1-4 years of litigation experience to join our nationally recognized Financial Services team in Sarasota, Florida. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team and work alongside representing financial institutions, broker-dealers, financial advisors, and other industry participants in complex litigation, arbitration, regulatory, and employment-related matters.
