Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a pediatric healthcare setting in Killeen. This role focuses on helping children improve functional abilities, sensory processing, fine motor skills, coordination, and independence in daily activities. You will work closely with pediatric patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide individualized therapy services that support developmental progress and overall quality of life.

Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with physical, developmental, sensory, and functional challenges
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and developmental goals
- Provide therapy focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, coordination, and functional participation
- Collaborate with families, physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress
- Educate caregivers on home programs, adaptive techniques, and carryover strategies
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards Requirements
- Active state license as an Occupational Therapist in Texas
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Previous pediatric experience preferred
- Experience working with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, or autism spectrum disorders is a plus
