Job description
JOB SUMMARY
Performs Final Cosmetic Inspections (FCI) on completed cabinets, seats, and aircraft to assure complete customer satisfaction with the quality of the delivered product. Performs follow-up inspections to ensure discrepancies identified during the initial FCI Inspection are corrected. Communicates with all the various back shops to identify and resolve reoccurring discrepancies identified during FCI Inspections.
When required, works with outside vendors to ensure quality of their product meets Falcon standards. Working with all departments of the facility, interfaces with customers, Customer Completions Administrator (CCA) and support shops to understand and coordinate the resolution of quality issues.
