Associate, Development needed by Welltower, Inc. in New York, NY to Coordinate all planning approvals to ensure they are obtained within the required timeframe and budget. Track and closely monitor all project costs to ensure completion within budget. Oversee the preparation of monthly project updates for tracking with Development Manager and stakeholders.
