Accounts Receivable Specialist (Construction Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience in the Construction industry and strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including progress billing, lien waivers, collections, and customer account reconciliation.

The ideal candidate understands construction billing processes such as AIA billing, retainage, and job cost tracking. This position has hybrid flexibility.
