Job Description: Summary: Lead the back-end production team to ensure efficient operation, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards within CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd. Oversee daily activities, optimize processes, and manage team performance to meet production targets.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the back-end production team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring. * Ensure all production processes meet established quality control standards and specifications for can manufacturing. * Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits and addressing any hazards promptly.

Troubleshoot production issues and machine malfunctions, escalating complex problems to maintenance or engineering as needed. * Train new team members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. * Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and report on team performance and output to management.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and contribute to their implementation. * Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and quality checks. * Collaborate with other departments, such as front-end production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field or related discipline preferred. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing production, preferably in the can or packaging industry. * At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. * Demonstrated understanding of quality control principles and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and production specifications. * Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.
g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
