We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact and deliver an exceptional experience for residents, guests, and team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and routing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist residents and visitors with questions, directions, and general support both in person and over the phone.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages while maintaining accurate records.
- Support front desk operations by maintaining organization, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 / hr DOE About You
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clerical work preferred.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
