Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Partners with hiring managers to facilitate the end to end recruiting and hiring process. This role will also focus on establishing TOC as an employer of choice by promoting the company culture and values, implementing programs that foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
