Health information technician organize and manages health information data by ensuring its quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security in both paper and electronic systems. Under general supervision, analyzes and responds to requests for patient medical information, ensuring adherence to confidentiality requirements. Analyze, assembles and maintains complete medical records, files and retrieves patient records, and updates and closes files according to established procedures.
