Lead risk assessments, driving AML Business Risk Assessments (BRA) and Jurisdiction Risk Assessments (JRA) to mitigate structural vulnerabilities. Execute compliance monitoring programs, ensuring rigorous operational oversight and escalating identified gaps directly to senior management.
Provide expert AML/CFT guidance, advising internal business units on practical, risk-mitigated solutions that balance compliance with commercial growth. Deliver group-wide training, designing and running engaging AML/CFT training sessions for internal employees and outsourced personnel.
