Job description

Dementia is tough – but it can be easier. Turns out, if you give families the right non-clinical coaching and support, you can avoid 30% of hospitalizations for these patients. And Medicare has recently started paying for that coaching.

Craniometrix launched our care navigation service for dementia patients in July of 2025, hit $4M of ARR, and just raised a $15M Series A.

We are looking for an account manager with experience at an early-stage high-growth startup to support the core operations of our team, ensuring we build the systems and processes needed to scale.

What you’ll do

  • Work with sales from before contract signature to develop relationships with new customers and work closely with our operations team to manage new customer onboarding.
  • Lead implementation with new customers, acting as the single point of contact for all customer enquiries, coordinating closely with operations, data and enrollment teams. 
  • Stratify customers based on value, need and complexity to provide tailored support and communication increasing our engagement with customers. 
  • Act as the voice of the customer in product prioritization, ensuring that the product meets the needs of users at our customers. 
  • Increase customer engagement through targeted communication and reporting.
  • Grow existing customer accounts by:
  • Increasing the number of patient referrals for existing products.
  • Identifying highly engaged customers for new product and product feature pilots. 
  • Engaging customers in the use of new product lines as these are launched. 
  • Managing renewals.
  • Effectively manage customer questions, concerns and complaints, working closely with internal teams to provide timely resolutions. 
  • Document customer interactions and effectively share insights with internal teams. 
  • Ensure compliance with all Medicare, federal and state regulations for our programs. 

Who you are

  • A software or services account manager with 3+ years of experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle. 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
  • Customer obsessed, ensuring we go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Able to travel 3-4 times per year to events and conferences to meet with our customers.
