Arcosa Crushed Concrete is searching for a Plant Manager for our Hitchcock, TX location. The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall performance, safety, efficiency, and profitability of assigned crushing operation(s). This role leads day-to-day plant and yard operations, supervises personnel, coordinates maintenance and logistics, and ensures regulatory compliance, product quality, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and cost control.
