Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer with 4+ years of SaaS development expertise to design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive expertise in building complex booking engines, automated internal systems, and AI-integrated platforms to drive our technical product roadmap forward.
You will work across our entire stack, with a focus on Ruby on Rails for core business logic and Node.js for high-performance microservices.
Key Responsibilities
● Application Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Ruby on Rails and Node.js (Express.js/Nest.js). ● System Architecture: Architect scalable backend modules and microservices, ensuring high availability and seamless integration with third-party APIs like flight booking or payment gateways.
● Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud-native deployments using AWS(SQS, S3, SES, RDS, Lambda, and EC2) to automate tasks like PDF generation and image processing. ● Database Management: Design and optimize relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases, utilizing Active. Record for Rails-based data integrity.
● Frontend Excellence: Develop responsive and user-centric interfaces using React.js, ensuring high levels of user engagement through optimized performance. ● Performance Optimization: Reduce system response times and manual intervention (targeting a 50% reduction) by optimizing backend APIs and implementing real-time tracking via Webhooks.
● Security & Automation: Implement secure, role-based access control (RBAC) and JWT-based authentication to protect digital assets.
Requirements
● Core Languages: Advanced proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, and TypeScript. ● Frameworks: 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails, Node.jsecosystems, and React.js. ● AWS Mastery: Hands-on experience with AWS SQS for queue-based processing and AWS SES for scalable mailer services. ● DevOps & Tools: Proficiency with Docker, Git, Jira, and monitoring tools like Grafana.
● Education: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or a related field.
