Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Facility Manager in Singapore. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations and ensure uninterrupted building services. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and service contracts.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams. Conduct facility inspections and implement corrective actions. Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
Facility Operations Management — managing end-to-end building operations. Vendor Management — handling contractors and service agreements. Maintenance Planning — preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling. Budget Management — cost control and financial monitoring. Safety & Compliance — ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Preferred Skills
CAFM/FM software knowledge. Energy management and sustainability initiatives. Multi-site facility management experience. Work Experience Requirements Typical requirement: 5–10 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or property management environments. Experience handling vendors, maintenance teams, budgets, and compliance activities is preferred.
Education
