The Speech & Language Processing (SLP) Center – Automotive AI Development Institute , is responsible for researching, developing, and deploying advanced Agentic AI and VoiceAI solutions, applied in vehicles and extended to other group-wide use cases such as robotics and AI assistants. We're looking for people with relevant experience, passion, and drive — ready to challenge themselves, keep learning, and thrive under high pressure to help build innovative products.
In this role, you will be instrumental in the Speech & Language Processing (SLP) Center, using your skills to build large-scale data pipelines and train advanced Speech AI models. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including AI research, software engineering, and hardware integration teams, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, large-scale speech data pipelines and datasets, covering data collection, cleaning, noise reduction, alignment, formatting, annotation management, and data augmentation.
- Design and execute training, post-training, and fine-tuning pipelines (including pretraining, supervised fine-tuning SFT, and RLHF/alignment) to develop state-of-the-art Speech AI models like ASR, TTS, and Speech-to-Speech for Vietnamese language and regional accents.
- Optimize, deploy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate speech models into conversational systems and voice assistants Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on speech processing (ASR, TTS, etc.) or related fields.
- Strong experience in building large-scale speech data pipelines and managing speech datasets.
- Proven experience in training, post-training, and fine-tuning Vietnamese speech models.
- Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks (Py. Torch, Tensor. Flow) with a strong understanding of neural architectures (Transformers, Diffusion models, VAEs, etc.).
- Good English proficiency to read and understand technical documentation and research papers.
- Preferred: Publications in top-tier AI/speech conferences (e.g., Interspeech, ICASSP, NeurIPS).
