Engineering Dispatch Service Agent

Under the direction of the Lead Dispatcher, the incumbent receives and routes all calls regarding service and repair for the Engineering Department and Environmental Service related calls. Responsible for placing follow up calls to ensure requests/needs are met. High School diploma or GED and one (1) year of related experience.

Experience with Micro. Soft Office software specifically in Word & Excel for windows preferred. Must have keyboarding/typing skills and become proficient with department-specific computer programs; Maximo and HotSOS. Must learn the layout of the entire resort, and learn to differentiate among the trades and individuals responsible for responding to each request.
