Being a TTEC Inbound Sales Representative II can be an exciting, fast-paced career where you can go as far as your ambitions will take you. In this position, you will have the chance to build customize, value-added service for customers of Fortune 500 brands. You'll be assigned to an account and have full training on the product or service applicable to the customers that you are supporting.. You will accept inbound, sales-ready customer calls and communications and fulfill those needs quickly and efficiently.

What we're looking for

Motivation, Passion, Integrity. Those are just some of the attributes valued at TTEC . Of course, there are some other requirements too. These include:

· 2 years + sales experience

· Experience setting goals and closing sales

· Outstanding telephone and customer service etiquette skills

· Proven ability handling difficult situations over the phone and in person

· Exceptional verbal communication skills

· Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced, call center environment.

· One year or more post secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience
