Job description
Analyze Commercial Real Estate property financial statements on quarterly and annual basis. Team is responsible for reviewing statements to assess workability, spreading the income statements, occupancy updates, adjusting based on guidelines set by Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and document comments on Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) based on multiple criteria and property thresholds.
