What awaits you in this role? We are looking for a passionate Lead

  • Planning & Operations who will join our team at Global Customer Care Directorate in Beko Corporate. Lead and coordinate spare parts planning and forecasting to balance supply and demand, optimize stock levels, and ensure operational continuity across all regions. Drive process alignment and operational readiness for new subsidiaries by providing guidance on planning, supply, and warehouse processes—ensuring global standards are implemented consistently. Manage and monitor spare parts supply performance, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-efficient deliveries from global suppliers and factories. Analyze global performance indicators, identify improvement areas, and execute corrective and preventive actions together with internal and external stakeholders. Benchmark industry and competitor practices and lead the implementation of innovative planning and operational solutions. Improve spare parts distribution, storage, and inventory management, increasing availability while reducing aged stock, excess inventory, and supply delays. Coordinate key projects to enhance order management processes, digital planning tools, and web-based supply chain systems—acting as project leader for cross-functional teams. Identify and drive operational efficiency initiatives, designing solutions that improve throughput, responsiveness, and service levels. Prepare and deliver analytical reports on planning, performance KPIs, logistics flows, and operational bottlenecks—providing insights to management for strategic decisions. Support the development of global standards for planning, ordering, logistics, and warehouse processes to ensure process excellence across all regions. Act as the primary coordination point between subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, logistics partners, and internal functions to secure an integrated and high-quality end-to-end spare parts service. The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul. How do we describe the perfect match? Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related fields. Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, logistics and process analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. Min. 5 years experience in demand planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, or after-sales operations; global or multi-country experience is a plus. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with factories, subsidiaries, distributors, IT teams, and management. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and drive alignment across global teams. A proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset with strong ownership of processes. Adaptability to dynamic environments and openness to learning new tools and methods. Familiarity with ERP systems—preferably SAP—along with planning tools, reporting systems, and project management applications.
