(Temporary) Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager plays a key role in delivering the financial insights, reporting, and strategies that keep 5.11 moving forward. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role drives the budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning processes.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, providing actionable insights, leading performance reviews with business leaders, and helping shape financial strategies that support company goals.
