Job description
The Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that showcases the company's hotels, hospitality services, events, and brand identity. The role produces professional photography for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate communications, recruitment, and promotional materials while ensuring consistency with the company's brand standards.
The Photographer works closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to create engaging visual content that enhances the company's image and supports business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Capture professional photographs of hotels, guest rooms, restaurants, facilities, events, and hospitality experiences. Plan and execute photo shoots for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, recruitment, and promotional activities. Edit and retouch photographs using professional editing software to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
Maintain consistency with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines across all photography projects. Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and HR teams to understand project requirements and creative objectives. Photograph corporate events, training sessions, openings, and special occasions as required.
Organize, catalog, and maintain a digital library of photographs and visual assets. Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of photography equipment, lighting, and accessories. Stay up to date with industry trends, photography techniques, and emerging visual content styles. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and videographers when required.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Travel to hotel properties and project sites when required. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
& Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2–4 years of professional photography experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, architecture, lifestyle, or commercial photography. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other professional photo editing software.
Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, exposure, color correction, and image retouching. Experience using professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting systems, and photography equipment. Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and creative vision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A professional portfolio demonstrating previous photography work is required. Willingness to travel between company locations as needed.
