Assistant Branch Manager - Aliana

We are currently seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for our Aliana branch, located in Richmond, TX. The AVP ensures in-store operations are effective, efficient and in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The AVP assists the Branch Vice President to ensure the smooth flow of branch operations. The AVP performs supervisory duties as directed by the Branch VP, and handles inquiries and situations that are more complex and require supervisory attention.

This may include, but is not limited to scheduling, counseling, coaching, problem solving, training/development and performance reviews. This individual will oversee and ensure proper controls are maintained. A flexible 4/10 work schedule and rotational Saturdays are required.
