Maintenance Technician Multi-Family Residential-Temporary

The Temporary Maintenance Technician (MT) is responsible for assisting with the overall maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of a four-building condominium community. This position works under the direction of the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to complete general maintenance tasks, building repairs, preventative maintenance, and common area upkeep.

The MT will help ensure the property remains safe, clean, and professionally maintained for residents and guests.
