Assistant Property Manager - Lux, Granite Ridge, Granite Peaks

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. The APM will also be able to assume responsibility for the property in the Property Manager's absence.

Qualifications

include a high school education, accounting or bookkeeping and administrative background, computer skills (YARDI and Microsoft Office Suite), good verbal and written communication skills. 1-2 years of property management experience with high level of customer service, leasing and basic office system skills is required.
