Field Operations Trainer - Med Spa & Wellness | South Florida or Major Hub

Practice: 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions (Corporate) Location: Based in South Florida, or a Central/Eastern hub city: Fort Lauderdale, FL, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, or Chicago, IL. Schedule: Full-Time, 50-70% travel, often booked on short notice Compensation: $90,000 base + performance bonus Employment: Full-Time | W2 | Direct Hire Every center in a growing franchise network learns operations from you, and when a center needs steady hands, you’re the one corporate sends in.

What You’ll Do Travel across the network (50-70%, often on short notice) to lead onboarding, front desk and membership coaching, and KPI-driving habits at corporate centers. Step in as acting Center Manager during manager vacancies or transitions, running full day-to-day center operations, including staffing gaps tied to new center openings.

Train and coach operations teams across multiple locations, not just a single site, building consistency across the network. Partner with operations leadership on new center openings, from pre-opening staffing through ramp-up.

Requirements

What We Need 3+ years in a service-based, membership-model business, including direct operational or training experience inside a Med Spa or clinical aesthetics environment. Not food and beverage, not a gym or fitness center background. Regional or multi-location experience: you’ve managed, overseen, or trained teams across multiple locations or a district/area, not a single site.

Full availability for 50-70% travel on short notice, based in South Florida or a Central/Eastern hub city (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Chicago), or willing to relocate. Experience working directly with franchisees, new-location opening experience, aesthetics platform familiarity (Zenoti or similar), and Spanish fluency are all strong advantages.

Benefits

Schedule & Compensation $90,000 base plus a performance bonus tied to business results. Travel is fully covered, including airfare, hotel, and a food stipend, so travel is a perk, not a cost.
