Job description
The Distribution Manager provides general quality guidance to all managers and supervisors in accordance with the Quality manual. Provides essential training and resources. Solicits input from the Production Control Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Quality Manager to improve quality and make sound decisions regarding quality issues.
Ensuring the Quality System is established, implemented, improved, and maintained to current revision status at our other facilities. The Distribution Manager is accountable for the safe, efficient, and economical operation of the facility and equipment. The Distribution Manager is responsible for directing the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment, and manpower.
