Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance function within our manufacturing operation. This is a highly visible, hands-on role, with approximately 80% of time spent on the production floor supporting equipment reliability, troubleshooting issues, coordinating projects, and working directly with operators and vendors, and 20% spent on planning, reporting, purchasing, and administrative responsibilities.
This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and driving reliability improvements across a manufacturing operation.
